Blake was amazing. It was what i found in my truck that upset me. There was a marijuana lighter left in my truck along with a phone charger. I took my truck in for an oil change and for my Auto Butler and the inside of my truck where the lighter was located was dirty. I went back to let Blake know and he took my truck back so they can clean it up. I was very disappointed this time around.

The most horrible experience I have ever had at a dealership. My vehicle was at the dealership for 3 weeks for fix an air conditioner issue which only required 3-4 days according to the service manager. When I would check the status of my vehicle I would get the run around as to why it was taking so long. The sales person was horrible also because when I purchased my car the tint had bubbles on it. I contacted my sales person letting her know that my car was at the dealership to fix the tint issue. The tint was not fixed the entire 3 weeks that my car was there. Just a very horrible experience. I would never purchase another vehicle there again and I would never recommend this dealership to anyone from the sales to the service.

I made my appointment online chatting with someone through the Neesen website. When I arrived for my appointment that included the prepaid AutoButler AND an engine ck (my light was on) I was told they couldn’t (and wouldn’t do the service - they were just too busy) I drove an hour to get both done. When showing the text message that I received confirming both appts, they commented- that wasn’t me. “Sorry” not sure why she would have done that! I hate that the AutoButler is only through Neesen and can’t be transferred! “Sorry” I will no longer be recommending you!

If you feel compelled, we ask that you share more information, including the screenshot or email, to oscarsilva@neessena utomotive.com so we can indeed see where it was that you scheduled this appointment. Becky - updating to the previous response. After looking into your situation, it looks as if you were texting with a representative at our store through text message. We were able to perform your Autobutler services as well as scan your vehicle with our Diagnostic tool in the service drive. The code that arose was an EVAP code and the advisor provided the option of handling the code for you, but records show you declined that service. Our Service Manager will be contacting you to see what we can do to make you satisfied and hopefully earn your business back.

The service worker was great! My issue is with timing. It took from Tuesday-following Monday to have someone even diagnose the vehicle. I didn’t get my car back until this Thursday. This cost me $323.93 in rental car fees and my daughter missed shifts at work because she was unable to go back home. This is not acceptable.

I made an appointment and received a confirmation through my GMC ap and arrived at the dealership on time. I was told I did not have an appointment and that those appointments do not transfer over to the dealerships appointment calendar therefore I had to make another appointment for the next day. Apparently service knows this is a problem but that they can’t fix it. I returned the next day for appointment and service was as advertised.

I made an appointment and dropped off my car Then after waiting all day for an update I get a call at 5 pm if I wanted to pick it up because the employee that checked that problem didn’t come in today so we would have to reschedule. This is the second time that this happens. Why don’t they tell you immediately instead of obviously procrastinating . That is just wrong and bad service .

Problem was not fixed..I picked it up drove it to Midland Tx where I use this truck for work. It's makes me my living. I get to hotel and the truck does the same thing won't start its dead. I had to uber to get a battery pack. Got it started drove it to Autozone a 20 year old diagnosed the problem letting me know.1 of my batteries was bad. Problem fixed..its a shame how your much you pay your techs a young guy got my Problem fixed..I will never do business there and will encourage every family member friend and anyone that will listen to my story to never do business there period!

The oil change and tire rotation was fine but I asked if they can run the vehicle through the car wash after they were donw with the oil cha ge they didn't do it that's after I spoke to the gentleman that worked the counter amd he said that it would not be a problem. I was already there for over an hr and I was ready to go into was not gonna spend more time than I had too if I said they didn't do it and by the time they got someone to take it to get it rinsed off it wasnt worth it so I took it somewhere else to get it washed .

They said the mechanic was out on vacation. Finally, they gave me a total of $3500 when I asked to speak to the manager, they told me he was busy and would call me back. He never did. My recent service experience was extremely disappointing. It took over a month for me to get my truck back, even though the repairs — a non-working AC and a stuck blend door for the defrost — were fully covered by my extended warranty. The issue was never the warranty coverage; the issue was the lack of communication and follow-through from the service department. Throughout the entire process, I had to call repeatedly just to ensure that anything was being done. There was virtually no communication from your staff to me, and very poor communication between your team and the Allstate extended warranty company. If I had not called daily, my vehicle likely would have taken even longer than a month to repair. Most of my calls to service went unanswered. I was regularly transferred, the phone would ring with no pickup, and eventually the receptionist would have to take a message because no one in service would respond. I left multiple messages and received very few, if any, callbacks. It took nearly two weeks for your department to even contact the extended warranty company to schedule an inspection. Once the first claim was denied for the AC, I received no communication at all. I only found out about the denial because I called again after not hearing anything for over a week. The denial itself was not the issue — the lack of timely communication was. Because of this delay, I had to contact the warranty company myself to arrange for a new inspection. Had I not stayed on top of this every single day, I am certain the process would have dragged on even longer. When I expressed my frustration about the repair taking over a month, I was told that some vehicles have been there for 2 to 3 months. If that is considered normal, that is extremely concerning. A customer should not have to chase down updates, call daily, or manage communication between a dealership and a warranty provider just to get basic repairs completed. The level of customer service I experienced was unacceptable, and I hope this feedback helps bring attention to the issues within the service department.

I was told by my salesman when I purchased my Silverado in April 20 25 that when I brought my truck in for oil changes, they would run it through the car wash and vacuum the front. The first time it was washed and vacuumed in the front then it looked like they even wiped it down. It was beautiful yesterday I brought my truck in for an oil change and when I got back in, they hadn’t touched the inside. I called from the parking lot. I left a message for my service advisor and when the advisor called me, I explained to them what happened and they said the car wash was having problems. I said no the outside of the truck is beautiful and I appreciate it… But they didn’t touch the inside. Advisor told me all we do is vacuum the front I said yes I know I’m not asking for anything extra but they didn’t touch it. “Well, I don’t know what happened” is all I got. When I write my oil change, I was told it was gonna be extra time because there was only one Mechanic Mechanic on duty because the other one was on out on mobile oil changes. I’m not upset or mad just disappointed because the guy that does the vacuuming and cleaning up was walking around the showroom. That’s why I looked to see if my truck was ready anyway thanks for allowing me too vent a little bit Merry Christmas.

Second time the service department hasn't done a good job. First was when I got the truck and they chipped paint on the tailgate, and I had to wait an extra couple of days to get my truck back. Then I take it in for an oil change, wash, wax and vacuum, and they did a really bad job washing the truck, and the floors in my front seat weren't touched with a vacuum at all. Extremely dissatisfied

My vehicle had been in shop since middle December, and it was mentioned it would be about two weeks before it could be looked at this was understandable given the holiday. My vehicle was left until mid January until a warranty representative could come assess as the service writer went on vacation, and nobody was delegated to monitor her messages. Only after my husband and I called multiple times and eventually went in person to get clarification. The labor hours in question were not represented in a clear/ concise manner and only in hand written add in notes. When I requested clarification the 15.1 labor hours covered by warranty, and the 16.1 total work hours were not explained in a way that made the labor bill feel comprehensive. My car then sat for a few more weeks while other vehicles took priority. Not to mention the "unavoidable fees" in the initial buying process that put business overhead on the backs of consumers paying thousands in added fees for a sticker and a paint coating. You need more labor force and more repair housing if you are going to utilize customer service to add money the backs of your patrons. Small businesses are being ousted more and more by easier internet processes and less cost to the consumer. If small businesses are going to compete there has to be an edge that puts you above the cost efficiency, and that is in efficient customer care and no nonsense approach to business. I'd rather have an OTD price and not a back and forth on non-negotiable dealer fees and months long repair service. Your customer service when purchasing is absolutely top notch. Patient and really takes time to help you find a vehicle that fits, but you go in with a budget and only after you've test driven, sat in, and looked at many cars , and finally found the car. You sit down you realize you are getting gouged. I will not purchase another vehicle from you, but I'm absolutely hoping for the best for you because if auto service and vehicle purchase becomes automated also... we are in trouble.
